- Art Expression Group - Meets every Thursday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
- Global War on Terror (GWOT) and Vietnam Veterans Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Group - Meets 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM.
- Guitar 4 Veterans Group - Meets every Wednesday from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
- Low Impact Walking Group - Meets every Tuesday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
- Modern Warrior Support Group - Meets 1st and 3rd Monday of the month from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM.
- Monday Mindfulness Group - Meets every Monday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
- Moral Injury Group - Meets every Friday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
- Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF), Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF), and Operation New Dawn (OND) Group - Meets every Wednesday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
- Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Group - Meets 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM. (Group is only active September through May)
- Stress Management Group - Meets every Thursday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
- Vietnam Veterans Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Group - Meets 1st and 3rd Monday of the month from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM.
- Yoga Group - Meets every Friday from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
