WELCOME TO DEPARTMENT OF RHODE ISLAND

One Capital Hill Providence RI. 02908

As yesterday's defenders of freedom, we want to welcome today's military service members into our ranks to become part of our elite group. Our common bond is the battlefield, whether it is service in the Persian Gulf, Korea, Kosovo, the war on terrorism or peace-keeping expeditionary campaigns. Your courage and sacrifice have made a difference in preserving and defending world peace.

Commander's Corner

Commander Joe Diniz

We are an organization founded 125 years ago on the principle that those who served should never be forgotten or forsaken. By working together, we can make a positive impact on our veterans, military personnel, and their families as we move forward into the year. I look forward to working with all of our leaders in VFWRI and our Auxiliary to make the difference in our community for which we all joined.
